Les derni\u00e8res \u00e9valuations estimatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es le 28 f\u00e9vrier 2023. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une premi\u00e8re phase de remboursement aux porteurs de parts a eu lieu en janvier 2023 pour les six fonds suivants : H2O Adagio SP, H2O Moderato SP, H2O MultiBonds SP, H2O Allegro SP, H2O MultiEquitiesSP et H2O MultiStrategies SP, suite au remboursement partiel fin d\u00e9cembre 2022 du First Super Senior Secured Note (FSSSN), d\u00e9tenu par plusieurs fonds. Les discussions se poursuivent et de plus amples informations seront fournies ult\u00e9rieurement. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de publier de nouvelles \u00e9valuations estimatives et, en raison de l&rsquo;absence de nouveaux remboursements significatifs, ces \u00e9valuations estimatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites. La r\u00e9duction varie en raison des disparit\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9tention d&rsquo;instruments financiers au sein des fonds SP. Il est important de rappeler que l&rsquo;incertitude de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation, qui a conduit \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration des fonds SP, demeure et que toute \u00e9valuation est une estimation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous continuons \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec nos conseillers juridiques et financiers pour parvenir \u00e0 la cession totale des actifs composant les fonds SP et, par cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 leur liquidation. Notre engagement \u00e0 atteindre cet objectif reste inchang\u00e9, tout comme nos efforts pour traiter les porteurs de parts de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable.
